• Hi,

Hopefully this is a nice easy one, I apologise if this is documented somewhere. I have been searching with no success.

What I would like to do is identify if the current page has any restrictions on it, and ideally which restrictions they are.

The reason for this is that I would like to add a particular menu to all restricted (those that are not full access) pages but I cannot figure out how to identify the pages restrictions.

I really hope that you can help as this is one of the last things that I need to get done on this project.

    Thanks in advance!

If you have set up the User Groups then on the page/post when editing, you’ll see the list of groups that you can restrict that page/post to.

Once you do that, you (as admin) when viewing the page/post or the menu tab for that page/post, will see a designation next to it, letting you (as admin) know that it is a restricted page/post.

In the UAM-Settings-OtherSetting, there is a selection that says “Admin hint text” with the default being [L]. If restricted, that’s the symbol you’ll see next to the post/page name or the menu for that post/page. You can change the hint to [*] or whatever works for you.
