How do we add an offline donation?

Recently, we tried the plugin, good work, but how can we add offline donations? Like other donation alternatives do. Basically we put the offline donation quantity, like a normal donation, but we put it, introducing the details of the donor. I do not know where and how we can do this. Thank you!
