How do viewers leave voicemail without a pound button?

  • When using the 3CX Voicemail with Calls via the WP Chat & Talk Plugin, the user is instructed to leave a message and press the pound button when done to send.

    But there is no pound button in the computer browser chat window. I see in settings we can record different messages, but I can’t find any option to submit the recorded voicemail when the user ends the call instead of pressing pound.

    As of now, no voice messages are recorded.

    Any suggestions?
