How do use I the example template given on the EPL site

I’ve uploaded the archive listing and single listing php files into my child theme folder, and can see them in my dashboard>appearance>editor page. I’m using divi 2.6, and I’m trying to create a page based on the example provided in https://easypropertylistings.com.au/demo/themes/divi/ . I’m new to wordpress and divi, and I can see how to load layouts withing the “divi builder”, but I can’t find where or how to load this page template. Am I going about this wrong? Any help appreciated!
