How do migrate the file download count to a new host.

    Hello and good day! ??

    I am moving my site to a new host and when I am done I would like to import the download count of my files since the staging site has been in maintenance mode.
    I do not need to migrate the files or the plugin just the file downloads count.

    I don’t think you can pick and choose what meta (counts are meta data in 1.0.x) you export.

    You can use the WordPress XML export/import I believe to export the download post type. That would include all data for each download however. And file paths might need updating.

    If you don’t have many, download counts can be edited manually.
