How do I view the Attendee Form custom fields?

How can I view the data from the Attendee Form custom fields without having to open each attendee’s booking?
I’ve created a custom Attendee Form with two custom fields (name of guest and meal choice). After a user has booked an event, I need a way to easily view a list of these fields. However, when I select “Bookings Table Settings” on the Event Bookings Dashboard the Attendee Form custom fields are not listed (only the main booking form fields are listed.)
