How do I use the plugin to order posts returned from WordPress Search?

I have used this plugin to arrange the order of posts, and it works great.

However, when I use wordpress’s search feature, the list of results I get are not in the order I want them to be.

How can I use the plugin to change the order of search results in wordpress?
