    Hello, can i check where do i include the shortcode [telegram]? I cant seem to get it working properly.

    No, this code do not will work.
    You need just paste the shortcode [telegram] into the body of template, like this

    [text* your-name]
[textarea your-message]
[telegram]
[submit "Send"]
