how do I upload photos with them appearing on my website

I’m not talking about uploading photos so that they get transferred to my vertical group of photos.
I’m talking about loading/and uploading them to a rectangular box of photos (the box has photos from weeks ago), and I want to upload them, uploading one photo at a time.
