How do I update my theme with a new version?

    For reference, my website is South-west London Ghana SDA Church
    My question is I have an updated version of my theme.
    How do I update it, keeping all settings as is?
    There is no update link on the ‘themes admin page’ which would make it easier, just like the ‘add new theme’ link.
    I hope WordPress will include this in subsequent versions.
