How do I turn one blog into two?

Our company currently has one blog, with sub pages per market segment. Our healthcare division was recently sold, so I would like to pull it out of the current blog, and make it a standalone blog by itself. Is this possible? If I have to create a new blog, login information etc., is there any way to copy content from the first blog and put it into the second?
