Hi @franky4557, thank you for the message.
You must clear your browser cache in order to update and use the latest CSS file for CartBounty. The Dashboard will look fine after that ??

No, you have a conflict with another plugin, obviously you named the selectors the same. Can you turn off this dashboard?

Did you try to clear your browser cache?

CartBounty plugin uses “cartbounty-” prefix before all classes and elements we have in our page to avoid any possible conflicts with other plugins. Also CartBounty loads its CSS only on CartBounty plugin pages and that is the best practice so if another plugin’s CSS gets loaded on unrelated plugins – that should be addressed by the plugin unless the CSS is necessary globally for all plugins and paged.

If you still think that there is a conflict, it would help if you could share a screenshot of your findings about which plugin is conflicting or share any other information that would allow us to reproduce the issue and come up with a solution.

    Thank you,
    Nauris

Thank you for sharing additional information and information about the plugin. We installed and activated this plugin on our development environment and did not find any conflicts or changes to the way CartBounty abandoned cart Dashboard and reports section looks.

At this stage I would say that the issue is related with some sort of browser, website or server level caching. Flushing the cache should resolve your issues.

    Kind regards,
    Nauris
