how do I turn off all comments

    I’m trying to turn off all comments for one of my websites, https://www.copyvigilante.com. I’m getting way too much spam. I figured out how to turn off the comments for new posts but site visitors can still comment on old posts and I can’t find where to turn off the comments completely and for the old posts. Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks.
