how do i trigger single chat on recipient’s side?

Hi,

Congrats for making such unique plugin.
Im using single user shortcode on user’s profile page within template assigning user id dynamically
the shortcode works well and shows a button to open chat window with recipient user’s name. but problem is the message wont pop up to the recipient.

example
‘john’ sending a message to ‘sam’.
‘sam’ isn’t getting notified or popup to chat.
how do i trigger single chat on recipient’s side?
