How do I transfer previous blog posts to new domain?

    I am changing focus for an existing domain to a new one. I have a blog up and running on the new one [Fantastico is just fantastic!]. What I would like to do is transfer the old posts from the intial domain to the new blog on the new domain.

    Is it a case of transferring certain files? [I can do the FTP thing] or is it something else?
