how do I transfer header image from wordpress.com blog

I have a new self-hosted site at thisdamecooks.com
I want to transfer customized header from thisdamecooks.wordpress.com to new website. I also want to transfer RSS feeds and widgets from side bar of my wordpress.com blog to side bar of new website.
Is there a file relative to header and items that I can download.
I’ve managed to import all posts from wordpress.com but not all of the posts came over. I deleted posts from my blog and tried again but still not completely imported to new website.
Hope someone can help!
