How do i stream an AVI file in a post?

is there a plugin i need, or a certain code that will allow me to stream an avi file into a post.
something like https://stevegarfield.blogs.com/videoblog/ would be incredible.. but i’m basically just looking for help with the correct code to post an avi file and get it to play in the post.
can anyone help me.
