how do I stop pages showing if I add a /2

on some my site if I put /2 at the end of the page url it shows the page of the url without the /2
google has indexed these pages and classes them as duplicate titles pages and mark’s the site down so how do I stop the site from showing the page.
and https://www.mysite.com/page/2 shows the same content and really need it not to.
