how do i stop 2 lightboxes showing up?

    Could you please try to turn off the Lightbox of your Theme? Probably, the second Lightbox is the Theme’s Lightbox.

    Hi,

    You will find this option in Appearance > Themes Options section.
    Also, please check if you have other Plugin which uses a Lightbox. You can try to turn off this Plugin as well and see if the problem solves.
