    Hi,
I use a custom template where i use the {category} tag.
Some events have multiple categories and I would like to have the primairy category named first.

At the moment it is showing the 2 categories, but I am not sure in what order, not the primairy first, but also not in alphabetical order. Maybe ID based order?

    To illustrate what happens:
An event has 2 categories: ‘Lezing’ and ‘Voordracht’
‘Lezing’ is the primary category, but the categories are listed like this:
    Voordracht, Lezing

And it would need to be:
Lezing, Voordracht (because Lezing is chosen as the primairy category)

Is this possible, and if so, how would I do this?
Thanks if you can point me in the right direction!!

That’s a good question. I think that’s something that I could stand to improve; the functions that return categories are aware of the primary category, but they don’t make any use of that information in ordering, and that does make sense.

    Hi Joe,
Thanks for getting back to me. Does this mean this will be changed in a future update? If so: do you have any idea when? Thanks!

Yes; I’ve already made the change in the upcoming major release. I hope to get it out soon, but it may still be a few weeks.
