how do i show Cost and Profits in Analyctics > Orders Report?

hi again,

i found were to enable the cost and profits and it was in the tool and reports, why is not enable as default?

but now it shows NaN undefined or 0.00 in the cost profits column any ideas why and how to update to show result?

We already have reports enabled by default in WooCommerce > Reports > Cost of goods and we thought that also enabling the Ananlytics > Orders report by default could be confusing. Besides that we believe most users would like to have the interface as clear as possible

Please try to click on the “Clear analytics cache” button on:
– WooCommerce > Status > Tools

i cleared the cache but it i cant see any difference on previous orders days back?

what am i missing?

If you have already set a cost for these products you just need to recalculate orders cost.

Please go to:
– Tools & Reports > Orders Tools > Recalculate orders cost and profit

oh so is not possible add orders cost on previous orders with the free version?

It’s possible, but it would be necessary to go to each order and click “Update”. This will recalculate cost and profit for that specific order

if i buy the pro version can i add cost prices to products that i have not add any prices yet? i have a bout 1000 products and is it possible to bulk edit them with new cost price? and after bulk update 500 orders?

On the free version you can already use the Tools > bulk edit costs to edit multiple products with different cost prices.

The pro version allows to bulk edit products on the Product listing page, so you can update multiple products with the same cost price.

i get HTTP ERROR 500 all the time when i go to that link.

but as i have over 7000 items with different categories is very big job to add a price to all of the products.

i have advanced bulk edit but for some reason it cant see your field or is any of these your custom field:

Anyway, on the “Bulk Edit Costs” page, there is a “Screen Options” button where you can increase the number of items per page. The default is 20. You could try a higher number

just cant get all my all orders to add the cost i tried just to click on update order but all the cost boxes are empty.

any ideas?
