How do I set up the log-in feature?

Thank you for this great plug-in! The documentation is very clear. I didn’t find anything, however, on how to set up the login feature, requiring users to login to view the directory. I want my directory to be private and accessible only to those families who participate. I have checked the box to require them to log in, under Settings. When I look at the front end page, the message is there – Please login to view the directory – but there is no way for them to log in. Please let me know how to add a place for a password, etc. Thanks!
