How do I set it up with Fast Secure Contact Form?

    I’m unclear on what “Form selectors to trigger integration” means. I’m using Fast Secure Contact form with 8 different forms on my site.

    There are two choices:
    #registerform
    #commentform

    Plus a choice to enter my own CSS selector.

    Is it better to choose one, both, or neither of the # choices? If I’m supposed to enter my own selector, I don’t know what it is or where to find it.
