    Hi,

    you need to add some attributes in the shortcode like

    notify=”true” notifyrecipients=”your email” and you can also edit the subject, the message body and the headers.

    You can read the plugin support page for more details.

    If you need more assistance let me know.

    Could you provide the link to that page? I couldn’t find it. Thanks!

    Here is the link for enabling the visual editor of the plugin.

    Then go to Notifications tab and enable email notifications, set recipient address, message subject, body etc.

    Hi I have both fields propertly configure but I’m receiving no mail:

    [wordpress_file_upload uploadpatterns=”*.jpg, *.png, *.gif, *.bmp” maxsize=”5″ placements=”title/userdata/subfolders/filename+selectbutton+uploadbutton/progressbar/message” uploadtitle=”” notify=”true” notifyrecipients=”MYMAIL” userdata=”true”
    userdatalabel=”Autor|t:text|s:left|r:1|a:0|p:inline|d:/eMail|t:email|s:left|r:0|a:0|v:1|p:right|d:|g:0″]

    Hi bartoro, notifyrecipients is correct?

    Yes, I don’t want to publish my email here but I introduce it well formated: <myemail>@<xxx>.com

    Ok, maybe you are having a problem with WordPress in general not able to send emails? This is a common issue. It can be resolved by installing another plugin for setting SMTP emails (like WP Mail SMTP).

    Never try it before… in upload folder I can find the upload file, is there any place to retrieve the user-fields values in the server?

    The user fields are recorded in the plugin’s database. If you browse the files using the File Browser feature of the plugin in Dashboard, you will see the field values together with the uploaded files. You can also see them from the Log Viewer.

    You can also add them to the email send to you when a file is uploaded.
