How do I send a newsletter to my WordPress.com subscribers?

Hi there. No problem sending newsletters to emaul subscribers but I can’t seem to find a way to send it to my WordPress.com subscribers. Is that possible? Thanks in advance for your help.

If I’m getting you correctly you are able to send newsletters to a specific email list but you’re unable to send emails to subscribers listed under the WordPress User List?

If this is the case, can you confirm if the addresses listed in the WordPress User list are listed as subscribed?

I just need to add the emails of my WordPress subscribers to my Mailpoet mailing list so they can get my newsletter too (the same way non-Wordpress subscribers do) Is that possible? Hope this helps. Thanks again!

MailPoet automatically creates a special list called?WordPress Users.?This list contains all of the existing WordPress user accounts on your website. You can learn more about this by clicking here: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/133-the-wordpress-users-list

If this list is disabled, you can simply go to trash and click the “restore and enable”

If you are referring to email addresses you have outside MailPoet, then you can import these email addresses into MailPoet by following this guide: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/126-importing-subscribers-with-csv-files
