how do I select a list?

    Hi! I’m trying to use the GetResonse plugin to make an embedded optin on my site. I’ve pasted in my mailerlite api key, but when I hit “save” I get a notification that says I won’t be able to use the optin because I haven’t selected a list. How do I do this? Thank you!

    Hello Happymanda,

    Thanks for reaching out. You should be able to select a list after inputting your API info.

    If the info is accepted, and we can connect to your account, you will receive a green checkmark. Then a drop down should appear immediatly underneath for you to choose a list.

    If your API is not accepted and we are having trouble connecting to your GetResponse account, you will receive a red X there. If that is the case, we will need to do further troubleshooting to diagnose the failure to connect. Double Check your API info is correct, and try resetting your key as well if you are getting the X.

    Let us know if you are getting the green check, or a red x, and if the lists are appearing or not, and we will go from there.
