How do I segment users based on their company?

My wordpress site is behind a paywall that enterprises and companies pay for. However, currently, everyone is tagged as a “Subscriber” in wordpress no matter which company they are from.

Is there a way to segment my Subscribers so I can easily search and sort by company?

Following on from that, is there a way that I can then see usage and relevant statistics for employees/subscribers at each company?
