    I read all the info of the link above, but it didn’t answer the question of CustoThemes. And I have the same question:

    What is the code for my functions.php to delay the scheduling. I think 5 min is a bit too much server load for my shared-server. I therefore want to only check once every 2 hours.

    Or do I need to change this directly in your plugin code?

    WP Missed Schedule work only on standalone mode: is not possible, and authorized, merge your code on functions.php!

    For 2 hours scheduling use WP Missed Schedule Gold file wp-missed-schedule-120.php
