How do I run manual scan in the new version?

I am totally confused with the new interface, I liked the old one much better… Anyway, I am trying to run manual scan (as opposed to scheduled, which I have no idea when it’s going to run) and cannot find this option anymore. Is it hidden somewhere or just disabled in the new version? I also have no clue what these numbers mean in circles above “Scan Type” and “Malware Signatures”…? You really should get usability specialist to review the interface before releasing it to public, the new interface is much worse than the one we used to.
