• When I updated my WordPress to version 3.0.1 the Plugin “Support Tickets” stopped working properly and now when someone tries to “send” a ticket the form just sits there with a little wheel spinning. Although the form does come through it does not work properly as the Plugin “Support Tickets” did on version 2.9.2

    There seems to be no resolution from the publisher of “Support Tickets”, and unfortunately I have come to rely on the Support Tickets Plugin, (training all my clients to use it), but now I need to revert to the older version of WordPress to hopefully get the Plugin working properly again.

    Please Help… How do I revert to older version of WordPress and why in the world does WordPress not have a “restore older version” option, right alongside the “Update” option?

  • Have you tried deactivating the plugin and reactivating it?

    Yes, Deactivating and reactivating the Plugin did not help.

    This should fix your problem… File support-tickets/scripts.js

    jQuery(document).ready(function() {
