How do I reset the Uploads tab in Settings?

    Hi @accountingfly,

    The reset button was deprecated in the 2.0.+ version of the plugin.
    Please make sure that you have all fields filled in the uploads section.
    Do a quick conflict test to rule out conflicts with your theme or other plugins and see if this issue goes away.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    It wasn’t a conflict with other plugins.

    Site A was having the problem of not uploading photos. I went to our other site (Site B) and it didn’t have any problems uploading photos.

    Site A is on 2.0.16 and Site B is on 2.0.12.

    The difference was that Site B had nothing in the
    Profile Photo Maximum File Size (bytes) field on the Uploads tab.

    I went to Site A, cleared the field (they both had 99999999) and now profile photos upload with no issues.
