How do I replace text logo with graphic? (Simple Business Theme)

    I’m currently building a site here for now: sportdieting.com

    I wanted to know how to swap out the text logo for an image? and also a reccomendation on image size?

    The theme is: “Simple Business”

    I am new to this and appreciate the help!
