How do I remove this plugin from my WP

    Hello
    I am not sure if this plugin is causing the trouble but I keep getting disconnected from the site. The issue being on for over a week, I have already checked with my ISP as well as with my Hosting Company and all seems to be perfect. Meanwhile I still have this problem of ‘connection most’ or ‘to many redirect’ etc , beside I have another WP running in the same account and never get a single error message.
    My question is simple how do I remove this plugin or better said what is its name in the plugin’s installed page … because I don’t see it !

    Sorry to hear you’re encountering such problems, though I am pretty confident that our plugin is not the issue. If you want us to help you troubleshoot the issue please contact us at [email protected].

    I would also recommend you to only disable the plugin for troubleshooting, there is no need to uninstall it.

    In the meantime, to answer your question, the plugin does not show in the plugin’s page because the option “Hide plugin” was enabled in the settings. To turn it off simply navigate to the plugin’s settings and disable the option Hide Plugin in Plugins Page. Once the option is disabled then you can see the plugin and disable it.

    I may have found the problem .htaccess …
    Of course is your plugin very well done and I didn’t remove it yet nor turn off.
