How do i remove the top Block(h1title)? urgent plz help!

    hi all
    im trying to remove the top area which is called h1 title block
    how do i do that? ive been readin the whole css files n adjustin them i still cant remove it..i want the standard page block to be on the top and replacing the h1 title block
    which code should i add or remove?
    please help thsi is urgent!!
