How do I remove the top bar COMPLETELY and make the bottom bar SMALLER?

    edit: I dont know why my whole post is blue, but it should link to the same one picture I used as an example

    I dont want the top bar at all because it blocks some of my images. (maybe not in this particular picture, but other pictures yes).

    As for the bottom bar, people need it for navigation. I dont like the millisecond hide thing because they have to click to bring it up again, I prefer to just hover your mouse over there and it pops up again.

    In conclusion:

    1) Is there a code or something I can edit to make the top bar go away its useless for my needs and takes up picture space and 2) Can I make the bottom bar either A) hover when mouse over, or B) about half the size it is now.

    All this can be coded, but you’d need to hire a developer to do that for you.

    Hey thanks for the reply, I dont have money for a developer. I was hoping to just get some information on what code to edit in the files. I mean it cant be that hard right? if I could just get some information on what to delete/add in the plug in files that would be appreciated,

    I’m sorry but this is not the type of request that can be solved in a line of code.
