Is there a simple way to switch off the sidebar sitewide?

I did change it in customiser but it maybe applied to all posts.

I’ve fixed it on some pages but I’d still like to know how to reset it universally rather than going into each page separately

    Hello @static1635,

There are two methods to disable it.

    1. General option for all posts:
In this case, please navigate to Customizer > Blog > Blog Entries and set your desired layout for the blog page.
Also, you can set the layout on “Customizer > Blog > Single Post” for all single posts.

    2. Single post option:
Please head over to your desired single post edit page(backend), in the “OceanWP Settings” and set your desired layout in the first tab:
    https://postimg.cc/kDdbFLR8

Note 1: To see the OceanWP Settings, you need to install Ocean Extra plugin.

Note 2: If you have set any layout except default for the post/page layout, then it’ll not follow from the general settings, and you need to set them on the default one by one.

Note 3: If you have any cache plugin or server cache(CDN / Browser Cache and Cookies and …), you need to clear its cache contents or disable them to see your changes. Also, remember to click on the regenerate all assets file and data in Elementor > Tools(if you have Elementor).

    I hope it helps.

    Best Regards

Thank you. I did, in the end, change every page back by hand
