    There are essentially two ways to remove a tagline, simply change it to an empty field in your settings page, or go into the theme and remove, or comment out, the code.

    I would recommend the blank tagline versus editing the theme as future updates will usually overwrite your edits.

    PS: You can also effect the display of the tagline by editing the ‘description’ class and adding a ‘display: none’ property. I have not downloaded the theme to test, but it appears to be using a style.PHP for this.
