How Do I Remove Redirect to Mobile.websitename.com?

    Hi,

    My website gets redirected to “mobile.mywebsite.com” on mobile phones. However, I have purchased a responsive theme and would like it to display the full site with responsive theme vs. redirect. The mobile version is clunky and doesn’t display well.

    I must have selected a mobile option when I set the up, but for the life of me I can’t figure out how to undo it?

    Any ideas?

  • A responsive theme would not be redirecting your site like that. The whole point about such themes is that they are intended to work effectively in all devices on the main site. Try asking your hosts about this. Some hosts offer such a redirect and yours may be activated by default.

    Yep, looks like I enabled “mobile” with my host. It’s off now and the responsive theme is displaying!
