How Do I Remove “Read more” from my pages

  • Please am new to wordpress. There is a “Read More” button that appears on all my published pages. I don’t know how to remove it and I have not seen any option to remove it…whenever I click on the button it doesn’t respond. How do I remove the button to show the full page.
