How do I remove link titles?

    Starting to use wordpress I realized, when hovering a link, there is a title connected to the link. And it seems to more of a wordpress-related issue rather than a theme-related one. So that’s why I post this question here:

    Is it possible to remove the link titles, and how do i go about removing them?
