How do I remove /index.php/ from the middle of my Canonical Meta tags ?

<meta property=”og:url” content=”https://cbdkaufen.com/index.php/product-tag/mct-oel/” />an index.php in my meta tags of my Tag pages only. Is it an issue by yoast?
