How do I remove function validate in Coupon?

Hi there,
Those functions relate to checking whether the coupon is restricted to particular products or categories.
If you don’t restrict the coupons in this way when you create them it will not use thee functions to validate the coupon.

Maybe if I am not understanding your aims here you could explain what you are trying to achieve in a bit more detail.
