How do I remove all captions?

You have a couple options:

1. Remove them from the image title/alt/description fields in your Media Library
2. Hide them with css with the following:.fbx-caption {display:none}

I can’t find any css box on the plugin setting page…

there is no CSS box in the free plugin. The PRO version has a setting to disable all captions, and there is also a custom CSS metabox

You can just put it in the style.css file of your theme.
