I added logos to the footer. Accidentally made 2 logos for Dr Phil Show…. I see no way to remove a link, only a form to add links…. So I assume I must go to the CSS editor & manually find the html to remove it, but where? It is not in the Footer editor.

Or must I start a brand new menu over again as I did last year because I could never figure out how to remove a link that had a typo or error to it.

It’s really a question of how to edit ANY of the links created in a footer putter menu…. Once they are on your footer, how do you edit them at all?!?!?! I couldn’t wait any longer, and created a brand new menu and one by one added each image, image url, link url, etc etc… I would still like to know if links can be revised or not.

Sorry about the delay in getting back to you.

All you need to do remove a link from the footer is either

    A) Go to Links and then delete the link

    B) Go to links, edit the link in question, and remove the link category you have choosen to display in the Footer Trademarks widget

BTW: You need to move the cursor over the link name on the Links page.

When you do, some links appear which allow you to Edit or Remove that entry.

This is actually standard WordPress core code behaviour – it is not the plugin.

How do i Go to Links?
I can not find the link to edit or delete the link

The ‘edit’ and ‘delete’ anchors only appear when you move your cursor over the link.

(This can be very frustrating I agree)
