How Do I Reduce Server Load By WordPress Page?

Hi, I have a website which has page about nepali movies … and my problem is its taking too much CPU usage my host provider recommends either remove or improve that page to solve CPU usage issue. I dont know what is going on with that page I am using theme from theme-junkie but support is not giving me clear answer therefore seeking help with experts here.. please help I am in great need.. of advice. ??
