How do I provide a file to be downloaded?

A newbie here! Sorry for the dumb questions that may follow!
My site: https://din-meditation.dk
The entire site is WordPress driven.
I would like to put a file up on the site, i.e. a PDF file, so my users can download it.
ie a link like https://din-meditation.dk/newsletter_july.pdf
How do I do that in WordPress? I ahve tried a few things myself, but none seem to work!
