How do I prevent new posts from being added to the header?

For some reason every time I add a page on https://hiresmarter.io the page is added to the header navigation.
Will buying a theme prevent this from happening?

Under appearance->menus, make sure this is unchecked. See https://i.imgur.com/nWEs5b9.png
