How do I prevent Name, email and additional fields

    Hello,

    I am really happy about your reactivity. Thanks a lot for being so helpful.

    Please my signatories often have issues seeing their information being shared with the target. They often ask we do not send their telephone number (additional field) or their name. They are happy that the email is sent using their email address tho.

    Please can you help me figure out how to prevent those info to be sent?

    I am interested in this idea, but if you aren’t sending information such as their phone number in the petition to the target, why collect it in the first place?

    As for the name, would be a suitable compromise to send the full first name plus the first letter of their surname e.g. Judy S., as is used in the signature list?

    Sorry I might have missed the notification.
    So we collect info as leads. We’re in West Africa and many people don’t have or use an email address and that’s why we also ask for the phone number.
    I love the idea or the first letter of the surname. That would be awesome.

    The option for first letter of the surname is only for display in the public signature list. Is that what you are after or in sending the petition to the target as well?
