How do I prevent login details from being sent along activation link?

    Hi,

    I’ve installed and activated the Email verification plugin.

    Everything is working as excepted except one thing.

    When a user register for the first time. He/she is receiving an activation link email https://prnt.sc/F4OZsm9o0bzK. However, after receiving the activation link email customers are receiving the following email https://prnt.sc/2I5wVTtMEmf8 directly.

    I don’t want to send the login details email for two reasons.

    1. The customer hasn’t activated his/her email yet to receive this email directly after the activation link email.
    2. I don’t want to use the login details email at all. Even if a customer creates his/her account successfully he/she will receive the following email https://prnt.sc/dn4T_VUS_i8t. I’m receiving the following new account email https://prnt.sc/dn4T_VUS_i8t after activating my email and that’s what I want.

    How do I prevent the WordPress login details email from sending after the activation email link?

    Please, visit the page “WooCommerce > Settings > Account & Privacy“

    There is an option there that might be what you’re looking for:
    – When creating an account, send the new user a link to set their password
