How do I populate the social icons top right

Social icons are just a regular menu and the location is called Social. This video should get you started.

And the circle photo in the header is Jetpack logo so you need to install and activate Jetpack first.

Hey Sami, now that Snapchat is all the rage, will there be a Snapchat icon that could work in social menu? I just get a blank white circle currently when I add my Snapchat URL.

Theme uses Genericons so when Snapchat is added in there I’ll add it to the theme.
